Since 1999, has been working at the Department of Ophthalmology of the Pediatric Faculty at RSMU, starting as an assistant professor, then as a senior research fellow.
Since 2005, has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Advanced Medical Training (FAMT) at RSMU.

Worked for 15 years as a surgeon at the Eye Microsurgery Department of Morozov Children's City Hospital.
